What is Surba?
Spend management for growing businesses. Surba keeps every subscription, renewal and running cost in one place, reminds you before each charge, flags what you could cut, and gives finance clear budgets, approvals and a runway view.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. Surba works with what you add — from its catalog of 370+ tools or by hand. You can record bank balances and cards later for runway and auto-pay.
Which currencies are supported?
Naira is the default, with 16 currencies in all, including USD, GBP, EUR, GHS, KES, ZAR, XOF and RWF. Each record keeps its own currency and totals convert at daily exchange rates.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Invite people by email and give each one a role — admin, finance manager, procurement manager, manager, billing analyst, auditor or viewer — and, if you like, only the pages they need.
Does Surba cancel subscriptions for me?
No. Surba shows what to cut and why; you cancel with the provider. Marking a tool paused or cancelled in Surba stops its reminders and takes it out of your totals.
How do AI assistants connect?
Through Surba's MCP server. In Claude, add a custom connector with your Surba address, sign in, and choose view-only or view-and-change. You can disconnect it any time in Integrations.
Is my data safe?
Surba stores only the last four digits of cards, encrypts integration secrets, keeps sign-in tokens hashed, records every change in an audit trail, and lets you control who sees what.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Subscriptions, expenses and transactions export to CSV whenever you need them.
